I put on my digital disguise, and dusted off my acting skills to see if Apple has resolved its issues and stepped up its game. A great company, great apps and customer. I have an ongoing problem with CleanMyMac Smart Scan and MacOS Sonoma

It was very comforting that each person went the extra step to gently explain things to me multiple times and put up with my jokes, side-tracking, and going off-topic. The agent who picked up on me having another issue without me asking also impressed me and took extra time to make sure I understood the issue and then taught me how to make it all work. Had an issue upgrading my previous version of MacPaw, after getting in touch with tech support the problem was rapidly solved.

Process took over a week but was worth the wait. I’m now back to using the great Clean My Mac app. Was the best tech support I’ve ever had.
